About Helping Hands Foundation
Helping Hands Foundation is a registered NGO under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, India, dedicated to welfare, rescue, feeding, and medical care of stray and domestic dogs.
Donations
- All donations are voluntary and final once processed
- Donations are used exclusively for animal welfare as specified by your chosen category
- 80G receipts are issued for all eligible donations within 24 hours
- Minimum donation amount is ₹40
Use of Funds
We commit to using your donation in the category you selected — food, medicine, shelter, or rescue. We do not mix funds across categories. We publish quarterly impact reports.
Proof of Impact
We endeavour to send photo or video proof within 48 hours. This is a best-effort commitment and may be delayed during high-volume periods or natural disasters.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and text on this website are the property of Helping Hands Foundation unless otherwise stated. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay for payment processing. Your use of their services is subject to their terms and privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in New Delhi, India.
