If you've made an error in your donation, please contact us within 24 hours. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for:
- Duplicate or accidental transactions
- Technical errors resulting in multiple charges
- Incorrect donation amounts due to system errors
- Donations made by minors without parental consent
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction for full consideration.

Non-Refundable Donations
- Change of mind after funds have been deployed to the cause
- Donations made more than 7 days ago
- Donations where the 80G receipt has been used for tax filing

How to Request a Refund
Email: helpinghandsfoundation454@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
Include: Full name, email used, donation amount, transaction ID from Razorpay, and reason for refund.

Processing Times
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- UPI: 2–3 business days
- Net Banking: 7–10 business days
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
